    Reporting Elder Abuse

    Elder abuse is a rampant and growing problem attorneys are likely to encounter in the course of their practice. Complex cases often require the assistance of multiple professionals from a variety of disciplines. Additionally, many states have mandatory reporting requirements when certain categories of professionals suspect elder abuse. The Senior Lawyers Division’s Elder Abuse Prevention Committee has compiled a list of resources in each state where elder abuse can be reported. For more information on the Task Force, email  Deirdre Lok.
