The tragic deaths of Vanessa Guillen and Elder Fernandes, as well as the GAO's recent report on the VA, have highlighted the need for reform in how the issue of sexual harassment is handled by the military and the VA. Advocates joined a panel to examine the problems in each agency, where current legislation stands, what barriers still exist, and where we go from here.
