Please join the ABA Health Law Section’s Physician Issues Interest Group for a discussion on the federal No Surprises Act, with an emphasis on the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) component. Our speakers will hone-in on the who, what, where, and when questions surrounding GFEs, as well as provide updates on the dispute process. Many organizations are familiar with the surprise billing focus under the No Surprises Act and this webinar seeks to provide important information on a less familiar, though just as critical, piece of the legislation.
