Justin Pitt is the new General Counsel for Community Health Systems, a Franklin, Tennessee company that owns or operates 83 hospitals in 16 states. Justin has handled various legal matters for CHS over the last thirteen years, and he has vast experience with the challenges facing hospitals and healthcare facilities operations counsel. He will speak specifically regarding the legal and operational issues created by the COVID pandemic, and he will discuss numerous lessons learned on the front lines of a healthcare delivery system that has constantly faced new challenges, laws, and regulations.
