Since joining the ABA in 2022 as a part of the Section’s Membership Diversity Enhancement Program (MDEP), Rachel found a community of support among MDEP members and was quickly appointed co-chair of the Section’s Special Committee for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
Tanya has found friendship and professional mentorship opportunities through her involvement in the Section’s Public Land and Resources Committee. After volunteering to assist committee leadership by serving as a vice chair, she was appointed co-chair of the committee.
