LGBTQI+ Dating Violence: Emerging Legal & Practice Issues for Young Survivors

This program provided an overview for attorneys and legal advocates working with LGBTQI+ teen survivors of dating violence. Faculty will address emerging issues in litigation on behalf of LGBTQI+ young people, including sexual orientation and gender identity, technology facilitated abuse and the role of social media, and promising practices in providing legal services to LGBTQI+ young survivors of teen dating violence.
