Ombuds Day at the ABA
The ABA offices in Washington, DC hosted an inaugural Ombuds Day event on October 11th.
The evening featured opening remarks from Charles Howard; small table discussions with different types of prominent ombuds from a variety of industries; and opportunities to learn about the role, function, and value of ombuds.
