The HIV/AIDS Impact Project is excited to announce the return of the biennial HIV/AIDS Law & Practice Conference. Held in New Orleans on April 15-16, we held two days of informative workshops, dialogue, and a luncheon recognizing the recipients of the Alexander Forger Awards for Sustained Excellence in HIV Legal and Policy Advocacy. ABA Policies on HIV/AIDS
Since 1987, HIP (and its predecessor, the AIDS Coordinating Committee) have developed ABA policy on a broad range of issues to reduce stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS and thereby improve the public-health response to it.
