Dr. Hamilton’s Institute on Race, Power and Political Economy and his work on the U.S. Treasury Advisory Committee on Racial Equity advance his philosophy that inequalities formed over centuries cannot be undone with small ideas. Dr. Hamilton explains that rigorous research giving rise to transformational ideas and policies can be implemented by community and business leaders and policymakers to address structural problems.
