About the Institute

 

The program this year will cover a number of highly topical white collar subjects to include a 10-year retrospective of white collar issues and a look at where we are now; sentencing guidelines; FCA healthcare fraud; cybersecurity; among other topics. Please join us for this one of a kind program.

The ABA will seek 12 hours of CLE credit, for this program in 60-minute states, and 14.4 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states, including 1.5 Ethics credit in 60-minute states; and 1.8 Ethics credit in 50-minute states. NASBA: The American Bar Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
