Each panel in this four-part series will consist of a Trusts and Estates lawyer and a Matrimonial lawyer discussing various ways in which the two disciplines are intertwined and what a Trusts and Estates lawyer needs to know when serving clients who are married, getting married or getting divorced.

    The sessions are:

    1. Matrimonial 101 - Basics of Matrimonial Law for the Estate Planner
    2. Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements
    3. Estate Planning During Marriage and During the Pendency of a Divorce
    4. Trusts in Divorce

    The ABA will seek 6 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 7.2 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states.
